This was such a great soccer time were back again! Don't worry about the sun because our spot is super shaded!

Look for the Lime green pop up goals that are hard to miss we will be in the grass side of the field there is parking available in multiple spots, street parking, marina parking, park parking, if you can't find parking take the Coconut Grove Trolley to City Hall.
Bring a solid shirt and a white shirt so we can divide teams with have enough joining we will make some custom jerseys to play in ..

• Welcome & Quick Intro (5 mins)
Meet and greet new players
Quick overview of the session
• Warm-Up (10 mins)
Several light jog laps around the field
Dynamic stretches (leg swings, high knees, arm circles)
• Soccer Drills & Stretching (15 mins)
Passing drills (short passes in pairs, moving passes)
Dribbling drills (cones or free space, control & footwork)
Shooting drills using the 12ft pop-up goals
Static stretching to loosen up before game-play
• Game Play ( 50 mins)
Casual, friendly match (split into two teams)
Use the 12ft portable goals for real game-play feel
• Cool Down (10 mins)
Light stretching
