Join us for a workshop presented by Mash Zahid, an accomplished AI strategy and operations leader with extensive experience driving enterprise‑wide AI transformations. In this session we will explore how Agentic AIOps architectures can be harnessed to transform business operations by applying the first principles of systems thinking.

We’ll show how talent density—focusing on small, high‑leverage teams—enables a Human‑AI synthesis in which the orchestration of agents drives exponential impact. We will demonstrate new frameworks for modeling operational complexity as dynamic feedback loops and then encode those loops into AI‑driven orchestration frameworks that continuously learn and improve across business domains.

Through live coding and architectural walkthroughs, we’ll build an AIOps pipeline from scratch that integrates tactical agents, strategic meta‑agents, and human oversight into a resilient “learning organization.” The objective of this webinar is to provide hands‑on exposure to designing feedback‑driven automation, embedding AI into enterprise workflows, and aligning systems thinking with modern DevOps/ML engineering practice. By the end, engineers will not only understand the principles of scaling AI in large enterprises and startups but will also leave with a replicable playbook for transforming their own companies into high‑density, AI‑native organizations.

The session is suitable for ML engineers, data scientists, and students with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Python. Time permitting, we will conclude with a Q&A focused on specific use cases and implementation challenges.

Target audience:
ML Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Mathematicians

Format: 90-minutes+ with presentation, code demo and Q&A as time permits
