In a fast-paced, always-connected world, this meetup offers a simple pause.

We gather to color mandalas together while listening to soft music and a gentle guided meditation. The practice is slow, quiet, and grounding. Designed to help calm the nervous system and bring attention back to the present moment.

It’s a shared space to:

  • Slow down.
  • Reconnect with the body through repetitive hand movement.
  • Observe thoughts without judgment.
  • Experience calm, shared presence.

You don’t need any prior experience with meditation or mandalas.
Just bring curiosity and a willingness to sit quietly with others.

We’ll share optional suggestions for mandala books and materials ahead of time, and we’ll also have printed mandala sheets and markers available for you to choose from.

If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, overstimulated, or simply want a quiet human space to reset, you’re welcome here.
