The Miami Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) and Real Estate Networking Club (RENC) is a trade association and networking club where local Miami investors go to network, partner, sell and buy deals, and learn the latest trends and strategies for investing in real estate. We typically have hundreds of members and guests at our monthly online and/or live meetings. Our focus is on Miami area real estate investing. After all, Real Estate markets are local and you need a network of local resources to invest safely and profitably. The Miami REIA & RENC pledges to bring you speakers and discussion topics that are relevant to building the investment knowledge you need to be successful in Miami. We believe in education and getting our membership the most accurate and up-to-date information about what’s going on in Florida as well as what’s working in TODAY’S real estate market. Our presenters are highly vetted so you only see the best people speaking directly about topics that affect your business. We have a stringent focus on networking, education, investment strategies, deal pitching, and knowledge sharing, not on selling products or services. These are just a few things that differentiate us and make our group a stand-out for both accomplished and brand new real estate investors. To understand the language of real estate, it helps to network with others who are fluent in Real Estate Investing. Shenoah Grove - An Investor Dedicated to Your Success! Shenoah Grove is an accomplished real estate investor. She holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA from The University of Texas. Shenoah’s real estate experience started at a very early age – her family has been buying and managing rental property for 4 generations! She bought her first investment in 1994. Shenoah has been actively investing in real estate and helping homeowners with creative property solutions since 2003. She is intent on finding solutions that work in today’s post-bubble real estate market. When the market changed, she re-thought her strategies to be a more effective problem solver. She’s also a REALTOR and Broker licensed in the State of Texas (license #518223).
