Reiki Healing Level 1 Workshop, @ Jed's Healing Space, Miami/Kendall

Reiki Level 1 Certification Class

10:00am - 1:00pm

Includes introduction to the history of Reiki and energy healing, as well as the philosophy of Usui's principles. Understanding the energy system (chakras, auras, etc.), feeling energy flow, basic Reiki healing positions and methods, with self-treatment and beginning of treatment practice upon others. Reiki ethics and suggestions for developing one's own healing ability. Metaphysical and scientific views and implications of Reiki healing. Basic Usui Reiki symbols and attunement transmitted. Includes certificate. After the workshop you are ready to do some "homework" of additional Reiki reading and self-healing practice.

Taught by Jed Shlackman, LMHC. Jed has trained Reiki students for 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with a variety of holistic healing methods and studying and teaching metaphysical principles. Jed has a master's degree in counseling from the University of Miami and is a licensed therapist.
