Thrive 365 is your one‑stop destination for a year of transformation and growth. This space is warm, honest, and human—about healing, self‑discovery, and learning to live in alignment with your truth. We talk, we listen, we share stories. We keep the vibe informal while honoring a gentle structure. As we begin our 12‑month journey, we’ll follow a simple rhythm that supports accountability without pressure. There will be a mandatory core text by Denise Dixon and a companion workbook for exercises and reflections. Assigned readings and occasional text exercises will be required once we start—always paced with care and clarity.
