What we’re about

Group fitness enthusiasts and anyone wishing to get their sweat on in the sunshine, safely and with friends and neighbors, this is the group for you!

Have an injury or less advanced? We can modify to no impact, no jumping and stable movements.

We bring the energy and motivation when you lack it and best of all we have FUN!!
Every workout is different and our coaches are all challenging, engaging and fun!

All levels can participate and all will be challenged within their own limits. Show up with a towel and water and your strong heart!

We have daily classes on the sand at 64th street beach!
Weekdays 6:30am
Weekends 7:30am

We also have workouts in the park!
North Beach Altos Del Mar Park 76th St and Collins:
Monday 9am Strength Training Class
Monday 6pm Full Body Fit Camp
Wednesday 6pm Full Body Fit Camp
Saturday 9:30am Circuit Training

After that, our classes are just $20 each or we have class packs and memberships available so you can keep building your fitness routine with us!
