Small Group Weight Lifting in the Park

Full body Weight Lifting workout - dumbbells provided. This class focuses on form and muscle recruitment with lots of education and coaching. All abilities and levels welcome - we have weights from 3 pounds to 20 pounds so you can confidently lift with us safely. Bring a mat or towel and water and get ready for a great workout in the park!

Show up at Altos Del Mar Park a few minutes early to choose your spot and meet the teacher. Parking is available on-site as well as metered parking on adjacent streets. Restrooms, water fountains on-site.
