Drawing from over 30 years of experience, Shelley Muzylowski Allen fully develops the expressive potential of glass through refined color sensibility, layered techniques, and dynamic sculptural movement. Muzylowski Allen uses glass to investigate our evolving relationship with the natural world and its symbolic imagery. In this lecture she invites viewers to consider how glass, in its fragile strength, can take on the color of everything, becoming a conduit for psychological space, transformation, and storytelling.
