Join Miami Photo Walks on a photo walk exploring Downtown Miami's transformation.
How you would capture what’s in front of you if you knew it would be demolished tomorrow?
Join us for a reflective photo walk through Downtown Miami, the city’s urban core, and one of the most rapidly changing areas. This walk is about observing what exists right now: the textures, details, and moments that may not be here the next time you return. Come document the present before it disappears.
Together, we will intentionally slow down and explore streets and corridors such as Flagler Street, Miami Avenue, and the surrounding blocks near historic downtown, focusing on facades, storefronts, signage, sidewalks, and hidden corners. It is a chance to pause, look closer, and record a part of the city that is already changing.
Bring any camera and your curiosity!
Any type of camera is encouraged, for example: digital camera, phone, film/analog camera, GoPro, video camera, etc.

Where do I park?
Street parking
🗺 Agenda 🗺
7:00 AM: Meet up with your local photographers at Starbucks at Miami Central. Close landmarks: Metromover and Government Center. Street parking is nearby.
7:30AM - 9:30AM: explore Downtown Miami
9:45 10:00 AM: head back to Starbucks with the crew.
Dress: Comfortable wear for up to 3 hours of casual walking.
Keep in mind weather (heat/rain)
What to bring:
Camera (any type - e.g. digital camera, phone, film camera, GoPro, etc)
Camera Bag/Camera Strap,
