Hello,
You have an opportunity to take a Basic Pistol course approved by the Nation Rifle Association (NRA). You will learn about gun safety, the basics of handguns (single action revolvers, double action revolvers, & semi-automatic pistols) including how to load, cock, de-cock, and unload, and the basic parts; the five fundamentals of shooting, pistol maintenance, basic stances, and the teaching and training standards of the NRA.
This is a great opportunity. It is a very comprehensive course that is 7 hours long and also includes live fire at the range. The class covers the fundamentals of owning and safely using a pistol.
You don't need any experience - and you don't need to own a gun either (we have loaners).
Completion of this course meets the state of Florida concealed carry permit training requirement.
