What we’re about
A meeting place for software developers, philosophers, entrepreneurs, and anyone else interested in smart contracts and blockchain tech. Ethereum is a platform and programming language that makes it possible for any developer to build and publish next-generation decentralized applications. In short: Ethereum is the web, without the web servers.
Ethereum can be used to codify, decentralize, secure and trade just about anything: voting, domain names, financial exchanges, crowdfunding, company governance, contracts and agreements of most kind, intellectual property, and even smart property thanks to hardware integration.

Join us for a collaborative workshop that explores how small groups can work alongside AI to enhance creativity, accelerate thinking, & discover new patterns of collaboration through structured experimentation and reflection.
DESCRIPTION
In this interactive session, we’ll explore a new workshop framework designed for exploring how small groups can work more effectively with AI to enhance creativity and productivity. This workshop will be structured into four phases during this evening session:
1. Pairing and brainstorming
2. Building sprints
3. Contributing to a shared "Hive Mind" repo
4. Demos with reflections
You’ll experiment with AI as a creative partner. The workshop is built on the philosophy that AI is not just a tool, but a "pacing companion" that helps maintain momentum, a reflection that mirrors and expands human thinking, and an attractor that draws out new patterns of thought. The workshop emphasizes experimentation over perfection, co-creation between humans and AI, reflection on the thinking process, and playful exploration of new ways of working.
The goal is not just to create outputs, but to explore what it feels like to think, create, and evolve alongside AI, discovering new ways of collaboration and self-discovery through the interaction with artificial intelligence.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Josh Crites is a developer educator and creative technologist with deep experience in helping builders explore new ways of thinking, learning, and creating with emerging technologies. With a background in blockchain education at organizations like ConsenSys, Celo, and Aztec, Josh has taught thousands of developers how to build in Web3. But his work extends far beyond blockchain.
As a developer advocate and workshop designer, Josh focuses on unlocking collaborative potential—between people, and between humans and AI. His teaching blends technical fluency with structured creativity, offering spaces where experimentation and co-creation take center stage. From organizing Ethereum hack nights to mentoring developers across disciplines, Josh creates environments where innovation flows naturally, even in unfamiliar territory.MEET THE ORGANIZER

Join us for an eye-opening session with Professor Tim Bates, PhD, as he unpacks blockchain’s real-world impact. We'll shine a light on how blockchain is solving real problems—from secure identity in underserved regions to digital trust in global supply chains. We’ll explore use cases that matter, the tech behind the scenes, and how to tell what’s real versus what’s just vaporware. Whether you're a founder, a techie, or just blockchain-curious, you’ll leave with a clear sense of what this tech actually does—and what to avoid.
Live Q&A includedWHO SHOULD ATTEND
✅ Curious minds who want to see how blockchain is applied in real life
✅ Entrepreneurs, builders, technologists, students, and professionals from any background
✅ No prior blockchain knowledge requiredWHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
