Aroma Yoga at CBC

Calling all yoga and beer lovers! This is a really unique experience for all levels yoga students and essential oil users- brand new or experienced! All are welcome, bring a friend! Vicki Goethals, ND will be sharing essential oils for your use & explaining their role on each chakra location while instructing the correct yoga asanas (positions) as we flow through each of the chakras to balance our physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
~ Class Fee is $20 per person as your oils will be provided to you during class and enjoy a pint either during or at the end. Please bring your cash with you at the door.
~ Bring your own mat if you have one, if not we have some extras.
