Online MI Python: Python for 3D Ultrasound Imaging Using a 2D Scanner
Details
This talk will introduce how Python can be used for ultrasound imaging of blood vessels to generate 3D images. We’ll discuss developing, debugging, testing software-based ideas using the Jupyter notebook. We’ll see how to develop some pretty cool image processing tools using ipywidgets and some beginner to intermediate level Python.
PRESENTER:
Rick Weitzel is a researcher at the VA Ann Arbor with a focus on ultrasound image processing. He enjoys programming in Python, especially using Python for scientific computing and image processing.
