An independent study prepared by the Anderson Economic Group for Michigan Realtors takes a deep look at the economic and housing impact of short-term rentals in several Michigan counties.
The findings directly address some of the biggest concerns surrounding STRs — including economic contribution, housing availability, and effects on home prices.
At our upcoming Advocacy & Legislative Affairs Committee meeting, the Michigan Short Term Rental Association will walk through the key takeaways, discuss what the research means for hosts, and talk about how this information can strengthen our advocacy efforts across Michigan.
These meetings are typically reserved for members, but we’re opening this session to non-members as well.
