☮️ YOGA DAY -- Outdoor Yoga at Heritage Park 🕊️

JUNE 21ST IS INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY! Come celebrate with us by enjoying a relaxing yoga class under the beautiful Michigan skies.

This is a gentle class for all levels. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one (a limited number of loaners will be available), a water bottle, and any props as needed. Restrooms are available nearby. Please arrive early so that you may quietly settle in before beginning your practice.

(In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved to June 28 (Saturday) @ 10:00 - 11:15AM.

Location: Heritage Park, 24915 Farmington Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48336
(Enter the park and veer right, towards the playground. Park in front of the playground and walk towards the left (volleyball courts). You will see us on yoga mats under some trees in that area.

Cost: $5 per person (cash, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle accepted. Sorry, no credit cards)

Classes will be continued at Hope Lutheran Church (39200 W 12 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills) on Friday evenings (6:00 - 7:15pm). The extra card can be used yourself or be gifted to someone who you feel can benefit from yoga).
