As a show of appreciation to the Michigan Yoga Community, we are offering a free Thanksgiving yoga class, and you are invited!

This is a gentle class for all levels. We start with a talk about yoga, followed by poses, a breathing exercise and/or meditation. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (a few loaners are available if you don't), water as needed (there is also a drinking fountain right outside the room), and your favorite props, if you have any. Please come a few minutes early to get settled in, since we start right on time.

For those who decide to continue their practice, we are offering "buy-one-get-one-free" 10-class punch cards. Keep both of them for yourself, or gift one to your loved one.
