Westminster Brewing Lab

By request, let's head on down to the lab and see what's on draught. It's been a while since our last visit to Westminster Brewing, aka Westminster Brew Lab.

We've visited twice, by my records, and we're due for a third visit, so do the usual and if interested, read the pots for the previous visits.

On 7 Feb 2022 just shy of 6 years prior, we visited (see below). Then new ownership, just before pandemic, and they're still here! Tasted their beer at Winter Brew Fest in Denver last month, so with the stars having aligned, it's time to visit and take on the full range of brews.

From their web site, "We do not have a kitchen, but have food trucks present as often as possible. We are partnered with Abo's Pizza for delivery. Also, feel free to bring food in or order out from the many delivery options in the area." No food truck is scheduled. Cheers!

Our previous visit 21 Mar 2016 (yep, been a while) - Thirsty for something new? This brewery calls their tap house the "Tasting Lab" -- serving up a fine selection of cask-conditioned ales and unique beers. Come taste the 12 Apostles, a German-style kolsch ale, or perhaps a delicious chocolate porter named Moses. Wait a minute... this is beginning to sound like beer church! Rest assured, they also have beers called Lust, Shiva and even a hookah ale. Westminster Brewing is located just off HWY 36 where Broomfield meets Westminster. Come join us!
