Microbrew Monday heads to Fritz Family Brewers in Niwot — a small, family-run spot pouring German-style lagers done right. The tap list includes Cuckoo for Kölsch (dry, crisp, fruity, straight out of Cologne), The Boss Helles (light and easy-drinking), and Niwot After Hours Dark Czech Lager (a roasty, malt-forward dark lager).

Don't skip the Rauch Bär — a smoked helles brewed from a Kentucky homebrewer's national gold-medal recipe. It's got a smoky, bacon-like aroma inspired by the classic smoked beers of Bamberg, Germany, layered over a pale, malty lager base. Not your average pint.

Join us on Monday, on the patio if the weather cooperates!
