This happens to be my favorite brewery in Golden, and that’s not only because of the really unique beers they craft and serve. Their motto "Ale's What Cures You,” and on Mondays, who couldn’t use a bit of curing?
Founder Luke Smith is a former yeast microbiologist, and it shows: this week's posted tap list runs from a Czech Pilsner (Calibrated Eye) to a Wild Mushroom Farmhouse Ale (Chanterelle De Garde), plus small-batch "Elixirs" that vanish in days. Heck, I don’t even like mushrooms and I love that beer! Join us Monday at Coda's Golden taproom, and well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome.
