Fluid dynamics at Liquid Mechanics

This week we’re heading to Liquid Mechanics in Lafayette for a sensory tune-up. Their 10-barrel shop turns out everything from a crisp kolsch to hop-heavy Hopacity and Lucid AF. The one to take for a test drive (and my favorite) is the Peanut Butter Porter, which is a bestseller and perfect for fall weather. There’s a heated patio, dogs are welcome inside, and there’s often a food truck parked out front.
