Copilot in SharePoint: Getting Real Work Done Where Your Content Lives

HTML in SharePoint used to mean a file that opened in a preview. That's changing. HTML pages can now run as proper SharePoint pages, sitting in your site with its header and navigation, editable on the canvas and able to be set as the homepage. Put Copilot in SharePoint and skills together with that, and you can build purpose-built pages over the information your team already keeps in lists and spreadsheets.

In this 45 minute session, Microsoft MVP Daniel Anderson shows how it all fits together. You'll see a page created by describing what you want, an existing HTML file uploaded and published, and pages refined with Copilot and in edit mode. Daniel then shows how to package your page requirements into a skill, so a short prompt produces a consistent result every time rather than relying on a long prompt someone has to remember.

The session is demo-led throughout, using practical scenarios like a project portfolio command centre and an events calendar connected to live data. Daniel also covers the design decisions that make these pages worth keeping: where the data lives, who maintains the page, and what to check before you roll it out.
Don't forget, after our speaker session, hear about what's new to Microsoft 365 Features & Adoption (ACM).

Looking forward to seeing you there!
