June 2023 Event - One last time before summer

After a successful first edition and as promised, herewith the invite for our next monthly meetup about all things security! I can't wait to see so many of you again and catch some interesting sessions. We are working on locking in the speakers and will be announcing them shortly! Don't let that hold you back to register already as space is limited.

• 18:45 - 19:30: The Power of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint: Mastering Its Hidden Gems (by Louis Mastelinck). Join us for an immersive session that takes you on a comprehensive journey through Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). Discover the untapped potential of this cutting-edge cross-platform endpoint detection system as we delve into its lesser-known features, advanced engines, and configuration secrets. • 19:45 - 20:30: Secure Logstash connections to Microsoft Sentinel (by Koos Goossens, MVP). Logstash is a great tool for working with logs and can act as a very robust and versatile log collector for Microsoft Sentinel. But many companies struggle to optimize and secure their log ingestion flows. In this session I will explain (and demo!) everything regarding ingesting DCR-based custom logs with Logstash. As well as how to implement a fully automated and secure key rotation mechanism with my custom tool, I named "Rot8r". So no more handing out workspace IDs and keys or storing passwords in plain text inside your Logstash instances!
