Last month, DUG Tampa Group kicked off a hands-on hackathon with one goal: build an MCP server.

Did we know exactly how? Nope… maybe… and that was the best part.
We brainstormed, troubleshot, and learned in real time (including a quick Copilot Studio build using existing MCP connectors).

Now it’s Part 2, and we’re taking the next step: starting an MCP server from scratch.
