**Geocoding using Power Automate**
Location data can unlock powerful insights, but first it needs to be mapped. In this session, you'll learn the fundamentals of geocoding, the process of converting addresses and place names into latitude and longitude coordinates.

Through a live demonstration, you'll see how Power Automate can call external geocoding services, process location data, and store results in SQL Server. We'll also explore how those coordinates can be visualized on a map, turning raw address data into meaningful geographic information for reporting and analysis.

**Put the POW! in Power Automate: Build an Interactive Workflow Like a Superhero**
Every tedious business process needs a hero. In this live, interactive session, Joshua Weaver of Ctrl Shift LLC will demonstrate how Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate can work together to create a complete automated experience.
 
Attendees can participate in a superhero-themed workflow that captures their responses, connects related information in SharePoint, and uses their submitted data to dynamically generate a personalized superhero document. The completed document will be converted to PDF, stored in a SharePoint document library with searchable metadata, and delivered to each attendee by email.
 
Along the way, Joshua will cover practical techniques involving Power Automate flows, SharePoint lookups, dynamic content, document generation, and building solutions that are both useful and engaging.
