AI products create real value only when they reduce cost and save time in manufacturing. Agentic AI can help manage a plant across three key areas: first, by analyzing logs at scale and recommending actionable insights; second, by assisting planners with real-time order scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency; and third, by continuously surveying the entire plant to identify and flag potential issues or abnormal elements.
