Session: Let's build a Power Virtual Agent Chat bot
In 2016 in a conference Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, said, "bots are the new apps" and it is so true. Role of bots in digital transformation is much more than just 'virtual chat agents'. This session discusses the basics of bots and why their role is becoming essential. The focus will be Microsoft Power Virtual Agent, its features and capabilities. Please bring your laptop in this session and create your first PVA chatbot with us, no coding required.
