Synopsis: Process mining and analysis is a specialised field, the tools can be very expensive and sometimes it is difficult for data people to wrangle trace and event data into something that process analysts can use.
The Microsoft 365 platform has built a compelling end to end solution for process mapping, repository, collaboration, analysis and automation including tools such as Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI and Power Automate.
In this session, we will look at these tools and demonstrate how we can use Power BI to do powerful process mining and analysis that could provide massive savings for your organisation.
