Details

What happens when #Rstats and #Python collide for an evening of learning, laughter, and connection? Let’s find out together! πŸŽ‰

Join us as Courtney shares her journey through the challenges and triumphs of analyzing single-cell sequencing data. Beginning with her go-to tool R, she faced difficulties managing data from nearly a million cells. This led her to Python, discovering new strategies and gaining valuable insights. Ultimately, she then returned to R, leveraging her expertise for the final stages of data visualization. This talk highlights the interplay between R and Python, showcasing lessons learned and practical tips for R coders learning python and python coders learning R.

But that’s not all – there will be games, plenty of pizza πŸ•, and lots of chances to connect with fellow enthusiasts. Don’t miss the fun at the Microsoft Reactor in Redmond brought to you by R-Ladies Seattle, PyLadies Seattle, and Seattle AI Workshops. See you there! πŸš€
