• 3:00pm — Arrive, grab a drink, meet fellow traders
• 3:30pm sharp — Santhosh’s talk begins, followed by Q&A and open discussion
• 4:00pm onwards — Casual social: chat about your favourite asset class, trade setups, risk models… or just enjoy the company
• Later — Optional drift to a nearby pub/bar for those who want to keep the conversation flowing
