Patapsco Valley SP: Ridge, Morning Choice, and Cascade FallsTrails. 6.5 or 10.5 miles

A remote area that truly is a hidden gem! We will make a loop in a section of Patapsco Valley State Park on trails that take us over moderate, yet rewarding, terrain. While many developed areas inside Patapsco Valley State Park provide amenities for family outings, camping, and picnics, lucky for us the state park also offers huge tracts where there are only few people as we will enjoy today.

We start with a loop on the Southside of Patapsco River for about 6.5 miles. Next is an additional option of crossing the swinging bridge for another loop of approximately 4 miles along stream valleys leading into the Patapsco River.
