This workshop helps people who are:

Help you slow down, externalize, organize and make sense of the emotional “noise” in your system, leading to clarity + ways to breakthrough a challenge in your work / life.

For this online workshop, please prepare:

  • Coloring tools: markers, color pencils, or crayons
  • A black pen or marker
  • Comfortable space to sit + write
  • Earphones (optional but helps immersion)
  • Water
  • Printed 1. Digital feelings chart 2. Mandala template
    (I’ll send it before the session)

Optional extras: stickers, pastels, journal.
