Help you slow down, externalize, organize and make sense of the emotional “noise” in your system, leading to clarity + ways to breakthrough a challenge in your work / life.
For this online workshop, please prepare:
- Coloring tools: markers, color pencils, or crayons
- A black pen or marker
- Comfortable space to sit + write
- Earphones (optional but helps immersion)
- Water
- Printed 1. Digital feelings chart 2. Mandala template
