This time of life can be your best but for many women it’s overly challenging and health concerns are often at the forefront. You are likely noticing what used to work in your health routine doesn’t seem to anymore and trying to sort though information online is more confusing that ever.
Are you a woman in your 40’s and 50’s who is interested in learning about wellness strategies for peri menopause? You can increase energy, improve sleep and more in this time of life and it's my focus and passion to help! It would be great to connect in person, a small group over coffee to chat. This can be an isolating time of life as well where you might be feeling misunderstood and alone in the changes you're experiencing. I will share some of my best tips and strategies and would like to hear about your story and experiences. I do offer full wellness packages and will share more about that too if you're interested.
