Try this 5.4-mile loop trail near San Jose, California. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 23 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. The trailhead is located on Web Canyon Dr in Almaden. There is no dedicated parking, but there are plenty of spaces available along the sidewalks of the neighboring streets. The short, lightly trafficked Webb Canyon Trail at the bottom starts with a paved access road (closed to cars) then branches into the woods as a narrow trail along a beautiful hillside, especially in the fall with a blanket of new grass.
