Need a reset in the middle of the day? Come move your body with us at beautiful Waneka Lake Park.

This is a laid-back, all-levels movement meetup for anybody who wants to get outside, breathe some fresh air, and break up the day with good energy and zero pressure.

Lunch break warriors, stay-at-home moms, stroller runners, walkers, joggers, yoga people, mobility nerds, weighted vest weirdos — everybody is welcome.

We’ll meet at 12:00 PM for a quick intro and warmup, then spend 40 minutes moving however feels good to you:
Walk
Run
Run/walk intervals
Yoga
Mobility work
Stroller laps
Bodyweight exercises
Sit on the grass and stretch 🙂

I’ll personally be doing run/walk intervals between workout stations with a weighted vest, but this is not a structured bootcamp and there’s no expectation to keep up with anybody else.

At 12:50 PM, we’ll regroup for a quick cooldown, outro, and send everybody back into the afternoon feeling recharged.

No pressure. No expectations. No perfect fitness level required. Just midday movement with good people!
