Join the Sierra Club in the Great Southeast Pollinator Census! We will be counting insects using the pollinator gardens behind St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in LaGrange. A short training on insect category ID will precede the count. It is not hard. All ages welcome!
We will meet at the pavilion on Saturday, August 23rd @ 10:30 am. Data sheets will be provided. Bring beverage, clipboard (or something hard to write on) and a pencil. Data sheets will be provided.
The Great Southeast Pollinator Census is a citizen science project created by the University of Georgia. This project is designed for everyone to participate and make a difference for pollinator conservation!
