Making a real estate deal with your counterpart can be difficult. Do you have a hard time getting to "yes"? Maybe it is how you read the signs. You might not be projecting yourself in the right way. Negotiating and reading body language is a primal instinct but few people can know how to control it.
Because the subject is VERY visual, we are having this months meeting in-person AND on ZOOM. Negotiating is as much visual as verbal and is best covered in person.
