Join us for an interactive workshop exploring what modern science is revealing about psychedelics — and why researchers, therapists, and the general public are paying close attention.

According to a recent survey, an estimated 10 million Americans microdosed psychedelics in 2025 alone. People aren’t doing this to get high — they’re doing it for mental health, creativity, presence, and spiritual growth. And the clinical research is catching up fast. Psychedelics are already legal for therapeutic use in Oregon, Colorado, and New Mexico, and clinical trials are showing remarkable results for depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, chronic pain, OCD, and end-of-life distress. This is no longer fringe science — it’s one of the fastest-moving areas in modern medicine.

But the science doesn’t stop at mental health. Johns Hopkins researchers found that 67% of psychedelic clinical trial participants rated their experience as one of the top five most meaningful of their entire lives. We’ll explore why — diving into what psychedelics reveal about consciousness and the neuroscience of spiritual experience.

Led by Mahesh, a former researcher at the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic & Consciousness Research, this workshop bridges cutting-edge clinical science with contemplative tradition in a way that is both informative and deeply experiential.

You’ll explore:
• What microdosing is, how it works in the brain, and what the research actually shows
• The difference between microdosing and macrodosing — and what each is used for
• How psychedelics are being studied for depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, chronic pain, and more
• Why 67% of Hopkins clinical trial participants called psychedelics one of the most meaningful experiences of their lives — and what that reveals about consciousness and spiritual experience
• What responsible, safety-first use actually looks like

This is not a lecture. It’s a warm, conversational space for real questions and honest exploration. The workshop includes somatic awareness exercises — so you’ll leave with something you can feel, not just information.

No prior knowledge or experience with psychedelics needed. Whether this is the first time you’re hearing about this topic or you’ve been curious for years, everything is presented in plain, digestible language that anyone can follow. Just bring an open mind!
