Sunday’s Bellevue Highlands walk
Location not specified yetGood Morning Hikers,
We’ve got space on Sunday’s Bellevue Highlands walk, so if you’re already registered and know a pal who wants to go, or haven’t registered, jump on board!
Mar. 8 – 1-4pm
REGISTER HEREThe earliest of ephemerals are popping up—I spied harbinger of spring, cutleaf toothwort, spring beauties and even a toad trillium yesterday in nearby woods. After rain likely Saturday, the Sunday afternoon weather forecast is cloudy, with a slight chance of a rain shower, high 68, winds light and variable. Looks like this hike will finally dodge the Bad Weather Juju and happen.
We will experience the beautiful, undeveloped upland forest that crowns Bellevue, to see first-hand the reasons for working to protect these woodlands. Plus: fungi very likely.
Hope to see you on the trail soon!
