White Oak Canyon/Cedar Run

Join us for one of Shenandoah’s most rewarding and adventurous hikes! This 8-mile loop combines the best of both worlds: cascading waterfalls, natural swimming holes, and a steady dose of elevation gain (~2,500 ft). We’ll hike at a strong, steady pace with time to enjoy the scenery, take breaks, and maybe even dip our feet in the water.

The loop is challenging—rocky terrain, steep climbs, and some technical sections—so it’s best for hikers with solid trail experience and good fitness. Trust us, the views (and waterfalls) make it 100% worth the effort.

We’ll wrap up the hike with optional tailgate food or drinks or we can find something nearby if anyone is up for that!
