Running in the park and meet and greet new members!

We will do a nice 10k, from Heavenly farms to Crystal Springs and back. It should take about 2 hours depending on pace and with warm up and cool down. 😎

I am true back of the pack and pace at 16 min per mile. You can run with me or go ahead or behind. I will incorporate some sprints and speed work too, but mostly pacing is steady.

Bring water or an energy drink and come all sunscreened up, though the route is mostly shaded.

We will do some warm ups together then breakout for the run. Looking forward to meeting everyone! 😊
