Spend your Sunday afternoon nourishing your nervous system and reconnecting with your inner calm during our Soulful Sunday Retreat, a special two-part wellness experience with Lauren Fonvielle, designed to leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and at peace.

Part One: Unlock Healing with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) From 3:00–4:15 PM, begin with a 75-minute interactive workshop where you’ll learn the powerful practice of EFT/Tapping—a fast-acting, evidence-based stress relief technique that blends acupressure with psychology to reduce emotional overwhelm and physical tension. You’ll explore how tapping rewires your brain, lowers cortisol levels, and equips you with a portable, lifelong self-care tool.

Part Two: Rest & Restore – A Yoga Nidra Sound Bath Following a short break, from 4:30–5:30 PM, melt into stillness with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra Sound Bath. You’ll be guided through intention setting and gently led into a meditative rest state, accompanied by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls. This session enhances the effects of tapping and supports emotional healing, energetic alignment, and deep restoration.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, water, socks, and cozy clothing. (We have a few mats available if needed.) Investment: $60 for both sessions — save $10 when you book the full retreat!
