Welcome to MiddleWave™ Live – a meditation and Reiki group based in Glasgow offering weekly events for healing, emotional release and deep transformation. Whether you’re new to Reiki in Glasgow, or a seasoned practitioner, our circles are designed to support nervous system healing, trauma release and spiritual growth.

Join us every Sunday at 8pm GMT for a live guided meditation designed to help you sink deeply into stillness and presence.
