Hello Everyone,
There's been a desire within the group to be more connected when not at events. Meetup itself is lacking in features, from both an organizer and a member perspective.
Not to mention the clunkiness of the Meetup app, the pay-walling of features away from non-subscribers, and the continual nags at people to upgrade.
Because of this we have decided we will definitely be creating a group chat for everyone to use. We want folks to be able to chat in real-time, and potentially plan more hangouts outside of events.
This may also coincide with a total migration to a new platform, but we need your feedback. Please take a couple minutes to respond to this community survey linked below:
