Discord Server Is Live

Our Discord server is officially live! 🚀 (please read this post in full!)

We aren't leaving Meetup. The discord server is just a supplement for people to chat and such in between events.

We’ve created this server for everyone to stay connected between meetups. To help us build a strong, trusted space, here is how we’re rolling it out:

1. Who can join: Access is open to anyone who has attended at least one of our meetups or hangouts. We made this call because we want the server to feel like a natural extension of the real connections we've already built together.

Haven't been to an event yet? Come out to our next hangout—we'd love to meet you, and we'll get you set up on Discord right away!

2. House Rules: Please review the server rules upon entering to help us keep the space fun, chill and respectful.

3. Support: Have feedback or trouble joining? Comment below or shoot a quick DM to leadership

Join Process:

- Upon opening the link there's short questionnaire that'll take you a couple seconds to complete.

- Once in the server you'll be asked to set your server nickname. This should match your Meetup name or whatever nickname folks in the group know you by.

- You'll then be asked to review the server rules before being given access to the group chats.
