What we’re about

An Evening Rooted in Flavor, Fellowship & the Land
Friday, August 9 | 4:30–9:00 PM
Sowing Seeds, Russell Brothers’ Farm

Join us for a summer evening unlike any other—Sunflowers at Sunset, a farm-to-table dinner celebrating Southern flavor, heritage, and community.

Set against the golden glow of the Russell Brothers’ Farm, this immersive experience begins with a guided farm tour led by the Russell Family, sharing stories of the land they’ve stewarded for generations.

Then, gather under open skies and towering sunflowers for a multi-course, family-style dinner curated by James Beard-nominated Chef Greg Collier. Every dish honors the farm’s bounty, from pasture-raised beef to freshly harvested produce, woven together with Chef Collier’s signature storytelling and culinary artistry.

As the sun sets, cigars are lit and conversations flow; guests will wind down in good company, surrounded by the warmth of fellowship and the rich traditions of the South.
