These workshops will help you find ways of living life with less stress, help you cope better and improve your sense of well being and quality of life. Do you enjoy any of the following?! Comedy? Evening out to see a comedy workshop... Music? Going to see live gigs or even perform? Philosophy? The meaning of life...does that chair really exist? Walking? Writing or Reading? Be it fiction or non-fiction... ...or just meeting with friends for a drink? This could be the group for you! Events will be held regularly in the West Midlands/Birmingham area and possibly further afield now and again. During our pub socials, we add to our wish list of ideas over the coming year - such as the Hay-on-Wye Festival, climbing Mount Snowden, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, mountain biking, Glastonbury Festival, paintballing and much more.
