Sharing & Caring Circle
Details
A peer-led hour to breathe, be seen, and spark hope—no fixing, just presence.
Major life shifts? Same. Therapy isn’t accessible for everyone, so we gather to listen well, speak honestly, and leave lighter. Peer-led, welcoming, and not therapy—just real humans showing up for one another.
Sharing & Caring Circle is a gentle space for folks in transition (career, identity, relationships, the state of the world). We’ll ground together, share what’s alive, and offer each other steady attention—not advice.
What to expect: quick arrival breath, a prompt, two rounds of sharing, optional pairs, and a simple close.
Agreements: speak from “I”, consent first, confidentiality, no fixing/saving, take space/make space.
Who it’s for: anyone going through a midlife awakening and craving community care.
Accessibility: cameras optional; captions on.
