We continue our journey inward with Chapter 2: “Your Inner Roommate” from The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer.

If your mind’s constant chatter were a person living beside you (a.k.a your inner roommate), what would that relationship look like? Supportive? Chaotic? Exhausting?

In this session, we’ll explore how to recognize this ever-present voice and begin shifting our relationship with it. Rather than trying to silence or control it, Singer invites us to step back and witness it: to see that we are not the voice, but the awareness listening behind it.

Together, we’ll reflect on:

✨ What freedom and inner peace begin to look like when we stop identifying with thought
