We now arrive at Chapter 3: “Who Are You?” from The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer.

If you are not your thoughts, your emotions, or the constant voice in your head, then who are you, really? In this chapter, Singer invites us to look beyond the surface layers of identity (name, roles, personality, story, etc.) and to touch the deeper awareness that simply sees all of it unfold.

In this session, we’ll gently turn our attention inward and explore that question not as an idea to answer, but as an experience to feel. Through reflection and simple awareness practice, we’ll begin to sense the “you” that exists beyond labels and change.

Together, we’ll reflect on:
✨ What remains constant beneath your changing thoughts, moods, and roles
✨ How to sense the difference between “I am aware of” and “I am”
✨ What self-realization might feel like in everyday life

Bring your openness, your sense of wonder, and maybe a notebook or cup of tea. ☕

This circle is an invitation to inquire quietly, to listen deeply, and to remember the vast stillness at the core of who you truly are.
